On the verge of entering Indian IT industry

As a final year student of engineering and placed in the most reputed company of India, offcourse an IT firm, there are lot many things going in ma mind. Will I be able to suit to the IT? Is IT made for me? Will my background of Electronics matter in IT?

Waiting for my finals to get completed and off i'll face the new world. Many professionals waiting there in My Company to greet me, train me, nurture me under their arms. Many like me waiting for that golden moment of earning the "first hard cash".

Feeling a bit worried of the new place at the same time very impatient to get into the new environment far off from my parents because this will be the first time i'll not be having the support of my family behind. Can try out my brains; "taking major decisions" part of my life will begin from here. Thinking about what i'll gift to my parents on my first salary many things flew by my mind, and still confused ...errrr....

One of my bestest online mate on reading this is crying for a gift too ... so i'll have to gift him something too ... don't cry baby i'll send you my love and greet through courier !!!
